The dyno isn't only for measuring power. We use the latest real-time fuel analysis to custom-write fuelling maps for injected bikes as well as using it to cut down times when diagnosing faults on any bike, which keeps the bills lower.
Most modern fuel-injected bikes can be jerky at low throttle and often have an on-off feel to the throttle which a custom fuel map can cure, as well as producing more power and torque. See Power Commanders.
